Ingredients for 4 people: Shrimps approximately 1.5 kg, 1 large onion, 3 ripe tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, brandy, 2 cups of olive, oil, salt, pepper Peel the garlic, the tomato and the onion. Finely dice each ingredient separately. Heat some oil in an earthenware dish and sauté the onion, stirring continuously. Before it starts to brown, add the tomato and garlic and keep stirring until you obtain a juicy sauce. Then add the Shrimps. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the broth which you previously set aside, season with salt and pepper and leave to boil for 5 minutes on a high  ame. Add some brandy. Leave to cook for a further 5 minutes.

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes : Crevettes ca. 1,5 kg, 1 gros oignon, 3 grosses tomates, 2 gousses d‘ail, persil, brandy, 2 petites tasses d‘huile d‘olive, sel, poivre
Éplucher l‘ail, les tomates et l‘oignon. Les couper séparément en petits morceaux. Faire chauffer de l‘huile dans une terrine en argile et y faire re- venir l‘oignon, sans cesser de remuer. Avant qu‘il ne roussisse, lui joindre deux tomates et l‘ail, puis continuer à mélanger jusqu‘à obtenir une poê- lée juteuse. Incorporer alors le persil. Passées 5 minutes de cuisson, saler, poivrer et laisser cuire 5 minutes à feu vif - ainsi que le brandy. Laisser cuire 5 minutes de plus.
