Vom 7. bis zum 10. September wird die Rambla von Figueres zum Stand- ort für die inzwischen 33. Weinmesse des Empordà. An der seit 1985 statt ndenden Präsentation mit Direktverkauf und Degustation beteiligen sich alle Bodegas der Region Empordà sowie einige namhafte Delika- tessenhersteller.
Die Winzer des Empordà streben nach Qualität und pro tieren dabei auch von idealen regionalen Voraussetzungen: Beste Bodenqualität und medi- terranes Klima zwischen Meer und Bergen mit viel Sonne im Sommer und milden Temperaturen im Winter - oft gepaart mit heftigem Wind, spielen perfekt zusammen. So ndet man unter der Ursprungsbezeichnung D.O. Empordà eine große Auswahl bester Weine mit Charakter und Persön- lichkeit: Großartige Rotweine mit viel Ausdruck, fruchtig-spritzige Weiß- weine und Roséweine, die nach Sommer, Sonne und Süden schmecken, und als regionale Spezialität auch edle Dessertweine wie den Garnatxa.
Am Infostand bekommt man ein Ticket inklusive Weinglas für 10 Proben. Damit kann man an den Ständen auf Entdeckungsreise gehen.
Eröffnet wird die Messe am 7. September, um 18 Uhr.

Desde el día 7 hasta el día 10 de septiembre, tendrá lugar la 33a Feria de Vino del Empordà en la Rambla de Figueres. Desde 1985, se organiza esta presentación con venta directa y degustación, en la cual participan todas las bodegas del Empordà y reputados productores de delikatessen. Los viticultores del Empordà aspiran a producir vinos de óptima calidad, aprovechando las condiciones ideales les que ofrece esta región: tierras fértiles y variados entre la costa y las montañas, un clima con muchas horas de sol y temperaturas moderadas en invierno. De esta manera, la denominación de origen D.O. Empordà ofrece una gran selección de vinos de primera categoría con carácter y personalidad: fenomenales vinos tintos con mucha expresión, vinos blancos frescos y afrutados y los vinos rosados que dan una sensación de verano, sol y Mediterráneo. Tampoco hay que olvidar la especialidad regional de los nobles vinos de postre como el Garnatxa.
En el puesto de información se venden los tickets, copa de vino inclusi- vo. Valen para diez degustaciones, así que el viaje al mundo del vino puede empezar.

The 33rd wine fair of the Empordà is going to take place from September 7th to September 10th. The event’s location is the Rambla of Figueres, and all the Emporda’s famous Bodegas, as well as some of the delica- tessen-sellers are going to participate in this unique event, which has been taking place annually ever since 1985, and which includes direct sale, presentation and degustation. The Enpordà’s winegrowers are striv- ing for quality, and bene t from the ideal regional premises: the soil is great; the Mediterranean climate between the sea and the mountains is characterized by warm, sunny summers and mild winters. Strong winds are frequent a perfect combination. Thus, it is not a surprise that most of the wines labeled D.O. Empordà are actually among the best. There are great red wines with their strong expression.
There are fruity-fresh white wines and there are rosé wines tasting like summer, sun and south, as well as regional wines that go along best with the dessert – for example the well-known Garnatxa.
At the information, tickets are sold. The price includes a wineglass valid for ten samples. The quest for new experiences can begin.
